This drill will help players practice their inside-out forehand as well as teaching them how to defend against it.
In the drill players play points starting with an inside-out forehand. The tactical principle emphasized is simple: To defend against an inside-out forehand attack, counter down the line when in balance and hit back cross court when on a defensive position.
