One of my Favorite Drills to Improve your Two-handed Backhand

The correct use of the non-dominant arm is the key to a great two-handed backhand.  Many technical deficiencies on this stroke are the result of poor utilization of this arm.  Ideally, the non-dominant arm on a two-handed backhand should mirror a forehand.

For right-handed players, learning to hit left handed forehands successfully will take their two-handed backhand to a whole new level.  This exercise will show you a simple way to practice this.
